Tara's Story

Tara is a popular vocalist of Irish – Filipino descent.

She expresses beautiful emotive vocals which make for a captivating and memorable performance.

Tara has been performing for over 14 years at events across the UK and Ireland (note one of Tara’s first performances at aged 10 singing On My Own!)

She trained in ballet, tap and modern at 4 and at 13, joined a Performing Arts School where she trained for 5 years. Tara was a Grand Finalist in several Singing Competitions including: Worldwide StarNow Music Immersive competition and Open Mic UK and graduated with a First Class BA Honours at the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford.

Some of Tara’s musical highlights include performing at the BBC Introducing Live Lounge, performing as a closing guest act at the ‘House of iKons’ show at London Fashion Week, and being a support act for several established acts such as American Soul, R&B group, Shalamar, pop singer Rebecca Ferguson, 90’s band FIVE, East 17 and Kovic on their UK Tours.

Extremely proud of her roots, Tara has annually performed at the London Barrio Fiesta – the biggest Filipino Festival in Europe, performing to approximately 20,000 people. The event was also televised by the Filipino TV station ABS-CBN.

She was also championed by Love Island Host Laura Whitmore who featured Tara on her BBC 5 Live show last year.
